What are Business Dilemmas
They are realistic problem-solving situations of the kind you may encounter in your business career. Each Business Dilemma presents a scenario then asks you to make a business decision. You will be told to consequence of your decision and given a score according to how well you dealt with the situation.
How do I work through The Business Dilemma?
Each situation is set by the characters you interact with. There is usually an audio recording that allows you to hear part of a dialogue. Click on the Play button to hear the audio. Once you have read the information on screen, and heard the dialogue, you will need to make the best decision you can with the available information. Before you can make your decision however, you rearrange words on screen to complete the possibilities available. Once the four possibilities have been completed, you must choose one of them. Click the box alongside your choice, then click the Next button.
3 points is the highest score for a good decision; and -3 points is the lowest score for a bad decision. Each decision you make leads to a new situation, where you must make a new decision.
At the end of the Business Dilemma, your final score is given and you are given some feedback about how successful you were in the decisions you made. If you think you can do better, go back and try to achieve a higher score.
