BESIG 2010 was another great conference for us at Macmillan. Ileana Chersan, author of English for Law Enforcement, gave a great talk on our behalf, on the importance of multiculturalism when teaching English for Law Enforcement, and our very own Laura Hudson gave a practical talk on how you can make your business English class benefit from digital elements.
Eva Maria Schmidt of Macmillan English Campus also gave a brilliant interactive session on the benefits of authentic business material and web projects in the Business English classroom.
There are more photos and a lot of the conference presentations up online at www.besig.org
Were you at Bielefeld for this year’s BESIG Annual Conference? What was the best talk you saw?
Pete Sharma’s talk on using mobile technologies for learning was very interesting and informative.
