BESIG 2009 in Poznan
'We have just returned from BESIG 2009 which was held in Poznan, Poland. Macmillan hosted two talks from our authors Paul Emmerson (The Business Grammar and Vocabulary Series) and John Allison (The Business and In Company Case Studies). It was great to see so many familiar faces there and show off what we have new for 2010. We were also delighted to be announced the winners of the David Riley award for our title Campaign English for Law Enforcement. Click below for some photos of us and our stand.'
English for Law Enforcement wins David Riley award
We are proud to announce that English for Law Enforcement has won the 2009 David Riley Award for Innovation in Business and ELT. The winner was announced at the annual BESIG conference that was held in Poznan. We are delighted and our congratulations go out to the authors, Charles Boyle and Ileana Chersan. Macmillan Education is getting ready for the 2009 Business English Special Interest Group Annual Conference. This year Business English teachers and specialists will be meeting in Poznan, Poland from 20th - 22nd November 2009.

The Business Experience 2009 Competition
